A Day of Remembering

Remembering…..

  • hanging out with Grandpa
  • playing hide and seek
  • riding on the back of Daddy’s motorcycle
  • picking fresh blueberries for pancakes
  • raising and playing with our rabbits
  • chasing our dogs
  • all the fun things of life

    • Today, my brother would have turned 36. However, due to life’s circumstances, he decided to take his own life.

    Suicide and depression are real!! If you do nothing else today, take the time to reach out to someone else because you really don’t know the pain they are going through and how you could be that one to show you care when they are thinking of ending it all. If you would like more information on awareness and prevention, visit SAVE.

    Show someone that they are special and that no matter what they are going through there is hope!!!

      I am sorry about your brother. Another friend of mine is dealing with the grief of her brother taking his life nearly 5 years ago due to his schizophrenia and it’s so hard to see her wondering what she could have done. In reality, she did all she could.
